Time to run!

9 men made it out to Sealegs. Temp this Tuesday was a nice foggy 45 degrees.  We cut behind the school, down Langston, into the neighborhood, but tried to avoid the big hill because I’m lazy.  Left the neighborhood and ran up to the soccer field.  Head back, ran up Langston… is a Strava segment and totally sucks.  Bono won the race!  Once more around the school to get to a full 5 miles in…
