No rucks today, but we did take a run at the MARSOC Short Card. The PAX gathered, a brief disclaimer was given and off we went. YHC informed the PAX that there would be very little running yet we…

Tora, Tora, Tora, at the ‘Ball!

YHC is likely the only guy in the region that was raised by the WW II generation (expect a lot of the pax’s grandads were) so this was a very special day. I grew up listening to these guys tell about it (mostly pretty funny stories) and had an uncle that was the REAL DEAL when it came to war heros in my uncle Roy Fortner who led the 15th Air Force Mission over Berlin…

Got this idea from the F3 10 year. Warm-up SSH, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, 5 Burpees OYO Started by asking the Pax how many were familiar with Q Source, about 80% which is much higher than most regions. Asked how many Q points there are? Incorrect answer would result in 15 man makers, correct answer only 5 Moved to the middle parking lot and asked about the number of quadrants and what the 1st quadrant was.…

From there we went across the street to the original COT of the site and talked about birthdays. A couple laps of burpee “catch me if you can” and then worked our way to the track for a…

Party in the Parking Lot, Wolv’s 5 year F3 Anniversary Time flies when you are having fun and over the last 5 years I’ve has as much fun (by our own odd definition of fun) than most.  It was a pleasure to Q today, on the 5th anniversary of my first F3 post.  Here is how it went down:   Warm-o-Rama After a brief disclaimer, YHC led the group in short mosey to the back…
