Final day of 3 days of Qs.

9 pax came out to the Poopdeck. For the warm-up we ran a lap, followed by the usual COP (Moroccan night clubs, squats, cherry pickers, mountain climbers, alternating toe taps in plank, etc).

Pax then mosied to the Papa Socks for some rock work, with a little message worked in.

After choosing our rocks, we overhead carried across the parking lot and back, followed by 4 exercises in cadence x10 of curls, thrusters, skull crushers with butt in the air, and tricep extensions.

Repeato. But first we assigned a burden we carry in our lives to our rock. Before our exercises on the second round, pax stepped to the right, to share our burdens among ourselves. Basic message was we all carry burdens, sometimes not even knowing what they are. We must acknowledge out burdens, carry them with us, and finally, we must be able to share them with those we trust.

Finished up with some ab lab led by PAX.
