Sandbag Shuffle
Workout started with a disclaimer and into a mosey with some side shuffles, butt kickers, high knees, and toy soldiers. COP– Penthouse shuffle, windmills, produce pickers, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, merkins, mountain climbers, honeymooner/downward dog Mosey to ReStore– Group up 3 PAX per group.
