We Ran. Towards my neighborhood. Into Bethelfieds. And out. Then segment on Kings Grove Drive. Then back to the school. Some went into Paddler’s Cove for extra. Others came back and stretched. We were tight. Some of us still on IR. But we ran anyways. However long or short…we ran. See you next time. Maybe big hill segment in back of Bethelfield next time.
1It was just the 3 Amigo’s today at Sea Horse as some of the usual runners were injured. The weather was perfect for a morning run, and run we did. After the disclaimer we ran over to the Paddlers Cove pool house where I gave instructions to the Amigos. I set up 3 buckets of treasure(glow sticks) around paddlers cove, known for its ridiculous hills. The objective was to get a stick from the bucket, then run…
