We had 4 at the Deep October 2nd including Nemo, Grizzly, Dovetail, and myself (Captain Jack).  Many pax were off at the Sweati but I suspect quite a few were still sleeping.

We started moseying across the street to the elementary school.  There we stopped in the parking lot for a quick warm-up. We then worked our way around the elementary.
At the side opposite the track we stopped for a Jack Webb with Bonnie Bairs and squats.  1 bonnie and 4 squats, 2 bonnies and 8 squats… on up to 10 bonnies and 40 squats.
Next we jogged around to the picnic shelter.  There we did a round of 11s with abyss merkins and dips.
After that we moseyed around to the playground.  There we did a reverse Jack Webb with pull ups and overhead claps.  First 10 pull ups and 40 claps on down to 1 pull up and 4 claps.
While still on the astro-turf we did 11s with big boy sit-ups and American hammers.
To finish our trip around the elementary we did a quick lap on the track jogging the curves and nuring the straights.
We then crossed the road and did people’s chair against the middle school.  We took turns running out and doing 5 exercises each.
To finish up we grabbed 2 basketballs and headed to the hoop.  We played burpee knockout.  We lined up and the goal was to make your basket before the guy behind you but ahead of the guy in front of you.  If the pax behind you makes a basket before you, you have to do 3 burpees before going to the back of the line.  If you make your basket, you just go to the back of the line.  Our conclusion was that there must be something wrong with the backboard to explain why so many shots missed.  With a few minutes left we tried but failed to play PIG but spelling F3.  Turns out you need to make more baskets for that to be fun.
We then finished up with COT.
