It’s time for another F3 Dad’s 2.0’s workout at The Deep!

WHAT: F3 Dads workouts are a kid-friendly way to jack up the heart rate, while spending quality time with your kids. An F3 Dads workout resembles a normal F3 workout (outside, free, COP, COT, nicknames), but is structured to get the 2.0s involved by being more fun focused.

WHO: All 2.0’s (boys and girls) who can run. Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews are welcome too. 3 years old and up is probably a reasonable lower limit unless Dad wants to carry them. ALL MEN without young kids are welcome too (as always)! Just be ready to have a good time with a lower intensity workout and mod-up as you see fit.   This is also a great opportunity to EH that FNG dad who keeps finding excuses not to come out.  There will be a harder option for Pax without young children and for older 2.0s.

WHEN: Saturday, November 13th 6:30-7:30 am

WHERE: Oakridge Middle School
