1,000 Reps at the Black Flag

We had 9 at the Black Flag including Tweety, Fudd, Psych, Madoff, Shades, Little Boy Blue, Ringo, Dovetail, and myself, Capt Jack.  We started with a short jog and normal warm up activities. We had 11 at the Bermuda Triangle with 5 for the bootcamp including Austin Powers, Clutch, Miter, Sparkle, and myself (Captain Jack) and 6 runners including Two Ferns, Peg, Soft Shell, Pitch, Wolverine, and Shakespeare. It’s time for another F3 Dad’s 2.0’s workout at The Deep! WHAT: F3 Dads workouts are a kid-friendly way to jack up the heart rate, while spending quality time with your kids. End of Summer 2.0 Fun Day
